Construction Management & Machine Integration
We successfully managed construction process of a complex industrial project, coordinating contractors, supervising daily site operations and ensuring safe, high‑quality execution. As part of the project, we installed and aligned more than 20 advanced industrial machines, securing seamless integration into the production environment. The site was delivered fully prepared for commissioning, enabling a smooth, reliable and on‑schedule start‑up.
Commissioning Management
Restart and recommissioning of a GE 9FA gas turbine shaft line, restoring full operational capability after a full shutdown. The turbine delivers approximately 294 MW in simple‑cycle mode, and in combined‑cycle operation with the steam turbine the plant reaches a total output of around 343 MW. The project was executed safely, efficiently and according to specification, ensuring stable performance and reliable power generation.
We also supported worldwide installation and commissioning activities, ensuring safe execution, precise integration and reliable start‑up across multiple industrial sites.
Site Management Worldwide
We managed and executed the worldwide installation of multiple complex industrial machines. As Site Management, we coordinated contractors, supervised daily operations, safeguarded safety and quality, and ensured precise installation and integration of all equipment. Through disciplined execution and seamless coordination, we delivered fully prepared sites ready for commissioning and reliable start‑up.
Machine Installation & Commissioning Worldwide
We executed the complete installation and commissioning of multiple complex industrial machines across an international project environment. Our team managed site activities, coordinated contractors, ensured safe and precise installation, and performed full commissioning to verify functionality, performance and integration.
